Absolutely! The Digital Counter Futuro is designed to be a portable solution, with easy transportation in mind. Its compact construction allows you to easily transport it, even fitting comfortably in an average size car. Unfortunately, we do not offer a carry-on-bag for the transport of this product. So don't forget to protect it while transporting. 

The Digital Counter Futuro Horizontal has a net weight of 45,50 kg, so this means the weight of the product itselves, without any packaging. On the other hand, the gross weight is 52,80 kg, this includes the packaging. The Digital Counter Futuro Vertical has a net weight of 23,10 kg. 

Yes, assembling the Digital Counter Futuro is easy! It is designed to be a portable solution with a toolless assembling, meaning you will not need any additional tools for setup. All you need is an Allen key to mount the screen to the screen holder. The Allen key is included. To provide you some more assistance for the build-up of the Digital Counter Futuro, we also have an instruction video for you, in which the build-up is shown step-by-step. Yes, you can! As standard the Digital Counter Futuro comes with black prints (SEG) on the side. Of course, you can change the graphics on the sides with your own customised design, to suit your specific branding or promtional needs. You can upload and order your new personalised prints here.

Due to the screen's position which is very close to the floor, adding touch functionality would be very impractical. So unfortunately, touch functionality is not available for the Digital Counter Futuro.

The Digital Counter Futuro comes with an original electric cable that is 1,5 meter long. This provides you with flexibility in connecting the counter to a nearby power socket. 

We value your preferences and understand the importance of customisation. If you have a specific colour preference other than black, please reach out to your sales contact person, and we will gladly check the availability and possibility of alternative colours. Take in mind that availibility and pricing may vary depending on the quantity. 

As a standard, we do not provide the option to order the housing only for the Digital Counter Futuro. However, if you have a specific requierement, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request through a customised solution. 

Our goal is to ensure safe and secure transportation of our products to you or your customer. Due to its size, weight and also fragility, the Digital Counter Futuro will be carefully packed and shipped on a pallet, ensuring secure transportation. 

We currently offer the Digital Counter Futuro with a 32" and 55" screen as our standard sizes. The Digital Counter Futuro with the horizontal screen comes with a 55” screen. The Digital Counter Futuro with the vertical screen comes with a 32” screen. However, we are continually exploring options to meet your customer's needs. While different sizes are not available at the moment, we appreciate your feedback and we would be happy to discuss other screen size possibilities with you. 

The Digital Counter Futuro is offered in both portrait and landscape orientations to suit different preferences. The landscape version features a spacious 55” screen, while the portrait variant comes with a 32” screen. Unlike the landscape version, the portrait option includes a protruding tabletop on all sides. Both counters are set at an ideal height of 93 cm for comfortable use.
