However, if mobility is required, we recommend having assistance or using appropriate tools and equipment for a safe moving of the Digital Shop Window. 

Yes, certainly! The Digital Shop Window Displays allows for easy orientation changes. In order to change the screen orientation, the display screws need to be dismantled using the included Allen key and you can turn the screen about 90 degrees. This flexibility ensures optimal visibility and presentation of your digital content in the shop window. However, please note that the Allen key is provided specifically for Samsung constructions. If you would order the housing only (DISHOPUNI), the Allen key is not included, as it is only suitable for Samsung constructions. 

No, unfortunately touch functionality is not available for the Digital Shop Window Display. As by adding touch funcationality, it may impact the stability and performance of the Digital Shop Window Display. However, we are continually exploring options to meet your customer's needs. While touch functionality is not possible at the moment, we appreciate your feedback and we would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you. 

The Digital Shop Window Display with screen comes with a short screen power cord of approximately 1.2 to 1.5 meter long, which is located at the backside of the screen. To connect the power cord to the electricity, you will need to provide your own extension cable of appropriate length. On the other hand, the DISHOPUNI refers to the support structure of the Digital Shop Window Display and does not include the screen.

Yes, certainly! If you already have a screen, you can order the housing only for the Digital Shop Window Display. The housing available as a seperate product is called 'DISHOPUNI'. The DISHOPUNI housing is designed to be compatible with other VESA-compatible displays, providing you with the flexibility to use it with all different kind of screens that are on the market. But please note that the size limit of the screen is 55". Increasing the size beyond 55" would effect the stability of the housing and it may not be able to suppport the weight and dimensions of larger screens effectively.
