What happens if my artwork does not meet the requirements?
Every artwork is checked by our automated OneVision software and, where required, by our graphic specialists. You will receive feedback by email and in your account. If your file needs adjustments, you can approve suggested corrections, accept the print quality, or upload a new file. Once your artwork meets the requirements and is approved, we will begin production.
