Which tent size should I choose?
The right Tent size depends on the available space and your intended application. We offer three standard sizes: 3 x 3 m, 4.5 x 4.5 m, and 6 x 3 m.
When choosing a size, consider the installation area, the number of visitors you expect, and the amount of space required for your products or activities. Selecting the right size ensures your tent fits your location while providing the best possible visibility and functionality.
Can the tents withstand wind and rain?
Our Tents are designed to provide shelter during light rain, drizzle, and moderate weather conditions. However, they are not intended for use during storms, heavy rainfall, or strong winds.
To improve stability in light wind conditions, we offer both a Stake Kit and a Heavy Duty Stake Kit. For safety and to protect your tent, we recommend dismantling and storing it during severe weather. This helps prevent damage and extends the lifespan of both the frame and the printed canopy.
How easy is it to set up an event tent?
Our Tents are designed for quick and straightforward assembly by a minimum of two people. Simply unfold the frame slightly, attach the canopy using the integrated hook-and-loop fasteners, fully extend the frame, and then raise the legs to the desired height.
For the best results, ensure the canopy is correctly aligned before fully extending the frame. To see the complete assembly process step by step, we recommend watching our installation video.
Can event tents be customised with logos and graphics?
Yes. Our Tents can be fully customised with your own branding. You can print your logo, graphics, or artwork on the canopy, side walls, or both to create a professional and eye-catching display.
If you do not require a custom print, the canopy is also available in plain white or a selection of standard colours, including black, blue, red, green, and orange. This allows you to choose the option that best suits your brand or event.
Can tent components be replaced individually?
Yes. Several Tent components can be replaced individually, helping to extend the lifespan of your product. Replacement canopies and side walls are available, allowing you to refresh or update your branding without replacing the complete tent.
Accessories such as the Stake Kit and Flag Holders can also be ordered separately. If the tent frame is damaged, it must be replaced as a complete unit to ensure the product remains safe and stable during use.
