Can I order only the graphic without the hardware?
Yes. We offer three options: hardware + graphic, hardware only, or print only. For Counter graphics, you can easily order a replacement print whenever you need to update your branding, without purchasing new hardware.
How do I know which graphic size I need?
For counters, the product name or SKU code is more important than the size. If you know the name or hardware SKU code of your counter, simply choose the matching print with the same SKU to ensure compatibility.
Which file formats do you accept?
